Individual Mental Health Counseling

From various talk-therapy methods to more expressive drama therapy techniques, our counselors are here to help and to give our clients a place to process, heal, plan, change, and whatever else is on the top of their goals list.

The client’s experience will likely differ from practitioner to practitioner, so our counselors have both provided a little on what clients might be able to expect in sessions.

Our Counselors

Counseling with Taylor Scott, M.A., PLPC

“I feel I have a sacred opportunity to be present with people in their suffering. My personal approach to therapy is presence. Getting the client to a place where they can access their own present state by the invitation mine brings. This can be uncomfortable at times in the therapeutic process as the client learns more about themselves and their emotional body. I am there to guide the client’s process along and help them navigate stuck points. If you have a vision of where you’d like to be I want to help you get there. If you don’t have a vision I want to help explore yourself enough so that you can. I truly hold hope for my clients in their ability to shift and create the lives they want for themselves.”

Counseling with Taylor Eudy, M.Ed., PLPC

“I take great pride and honor in assisting my clients improve their life experience. Sometimes that looks like creating detailed plans to achieve goals. Sometimes it means sitting with the experiences that shaped us, pleasant or otherwise, to build a bridge of compassion to ourselves when we need it. Other times it can be laughing together at the ridiculous and miraculous mysteries of life. My greatest hope as a counselor is that my clients pursue a relationship with themselves that can weather the human experience. My role is to be the advocate, resource, supporter, and presence that my client may need on that journey. It has been a beautiful responsibility thus far, and I am excited to meet you and see how we can get started.”
